We’re Muslim, Don’t Panic is a hip-hop group formed in 2011 that features 3 Muslim women dancers who wear the niqab. The goal of the group is to educate people about Muslim women and to reject stereotypes regarding the hijab and niqab. A video of one of their dance routines is attached to this article.

The Teaching Against Islamophobia resources were developed with funding support from the Law Foundation of BC, and the Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies at SFU.
