About the Office. (n.d.). BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner. Retrieved December 16, 2022, from https://bchumanrights.ca/about-us/about-the-office/

British Columbia’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner aims to ensure that the human rights of British Columbians are protected. In addition, the BC Office of the Human Rights Commissioner addresses inequity within our province by informing laws, policies, practices, and cultures. This website also includes information about British Columbians rights, key issues, and resources.

The Teaching Against Islamophobia resources were developed with funding support from the Law Foundation of BC, and the Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies at SFU.
