The Resilience B.C. Anti-Racism Network provides individuals with tools such as information, training and support to become leaders within their communities to identify and challenge racism.  The Network delivers services through a “Hub”, connects and coordinates communities, and “Spokes”, community based branches that represent local communities, model. The “Hub and Spokes” model better supports communities to fight against racism.
