As Canada Modernizes Research Funding, Is It Neglecting Indigenous Priorities?

CCEJ Associate Director Dr. Amy Parent has recently contributed to an article outlining concerning changes to national research funding, and particularly the withholding of these changes from the Indigenous Leadership Circle in Research, where she is a co-chair. Notably, “we are at risk of losing the last 40 to 50 years of hard work that has been progressively achieved for Indigenous research in this country” according to Dr. Parent.
