A New Life in a New Land is a documentary series and media project that aims to educate individuals about Muslims and their experiences. The goal of the series and project is to challenge negative stereotypes and representations of Muslims that harm them. This resource guide includes four sections: documentary, Muslim life, Muslim beliefs, and educational resources. The sections include topics such as, but not limited to, Muslims in Canada, the first mosque in Canada, Muslim women, Muslim holidays, Muslim prayers, and Islam in the curriculum.
