Smith, W. J. (2019, June 28). Canada Stifles Religious Freedom. National Review. https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/canada-stifles-religious-freedom/

The Bill in Quebec that bans public workers from wearing religious symbols demonstrates Canada’s growing intolerance towards religious freedoms. Other issues are put forth to outline how Canada is excluding religious minorities in an attempt to separate church and state. The suppression of religious liberty is also framed as contradicting the Canadian Charter.

The Teaching Against Islamophobia resources were developed with funding support from the Law Foundation of BC, and the Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies at SFU.
