This special issue of The Revealer highlights the importance of clothing in various religious communities and society. The issue addresses topics such as religion and fashion during COVID-19, race, religion and fashion, and clothing and religious convictions. Examples of articles include Islamophobia and face coverings, religion and men’s fashion, Christianity and fashion. In addition, a podcast about Black Muslim men’s fashion is also featured in this special issue.

The Teaching Against Islamophobia resources were developed with funding support from the Law Foundation of BC, and the Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies at SFU.
