In this article, Syed Mumtaz Ali and Enab Whitehouse aim to discuss the problems within the Canadian constitution and provide an analysis of the factors which have contributed to such problems. Moreover, the article calls for reconstructing the Canadian constitution based on a democratic foundation. The authors notes possible solutions in order to address the issues found in the constitution.
