The X̱wi7x̱wa Library at the University of British Columbia is a centre for Indigenous scholarship. As the only Indigenous academic library in Canada, the X̱wi7x̱wa Library offers collections and services that draw upon Indigenous perspectives and worldviews. The X̱wi7x̱wa Library employs an Indigenous classification system and features an unique collection about Indigenous knowledges. Lastly, the X̱wi7x̱wa Library is run by passionate librarians and staff who are well-versed in Indigenous topics. Although the library is situated in UBC, the X̱wi7x̱wa Library is open to everyone who is interested learning more about decolonization and Indigenous content.
